Doucette acquires Y/P Products and adds metal hose assemblies and vibration absorbers
	Doucette announces the acquisition of the Y/P Products Division of the R G Group in January 2006. Y/P Products is a leading manufacturer of flexible metal hose assemblies, vibration absorbers and a variety of heat exchangers for air-conditioning, refrigeration and hydraulic applications. The companies' Contract Manufacturing unit provides fabricated tubing assemblies for manufacturers of air-conditioning systems. The addition of Y/P Products significantly strengthens and expands Doucette's broad product line. Doucette expects that synergies between the two companies will improve sales and profitability after the two companies are merged. In March 2006 manufacturing operations for both companies were consolidated at 20 Leigh Drive, York, PA 17406.
