Evaporators - Coaxial Coils
Doucette provides efficient coaxial chillers for a variety of water chilling, custom chiller and special cooling applications. They are most often used in water or ground source heat pump applications since they can operate as condensers and/or evaporators.
Since the water or inner tube is one continuous tube on single coil models, coaxes are also excellent choices for marine or corrosive fluids where 90/10 Cupro Nickel or stainless steel is required. Sizes up to 3-1/2 TR are very cost effective. For additional capacity, multiple coils are manifolded together with liquid distributor, orifice and cap tubes mounted in a single coil.
